Terms & Risk
Plain-language summary of how Relic works and the risks of using it. By connecting a wallet and using Relic you agree to these terms.
What Relic is
Relic is a non-custodial platform for launching and playing collectible “drops” on the Solana blockchain. Creators list prizes; collectors pull for them with USDC. Relic facilitates these interactions but is not a party to the underlying collectibles and does not custody your wallet.
Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use blockchain applications and purchase digital/physical collectibles where you live. You are responsible for compliance with your local laws, including any restrictions on chance-based purchases.
Pulls are final
A pull is a purchase of a randomized collectible, drawn provably-fairly. Once a pull confirms on-chain it is final. Outcomes are based on the published odds; you may receive an item worth more or less than the pull price. Do not spend more than you can afford to lose.
Sell-back, shipping & refunds
Sell-back is optional, instant, and final, paid at the drop's published buyback rate from its collateral vault. For physical (RWA) items you pay shipping and the item is sent to your saved address. If a physical order doesn't arrive or arrives not as described, you may open a dispute before the order completes; upheld disputes are refunded (item value + shipping). Refunds are made in USDC, not reversals of the original transaction.
Creator responsibilities
Creators are solely responsible for the prizes they list, their accuracy and legality, fulfilling physical shipments, and honoring sell-backs and disputes via collateral. Relic is not responsible for items listed by creators. Misrepresentation, failure to ship, or fraud may result in refunds from your collateral and removal from the platform.
Risk disclosure
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Token and NFT values are volatile and may go to zero. Smart-contract, wallet, network, and third-party (e.g. carrier) failures can cause loss or delay. Chance-based purchases carry inherent risk of receiving low-value outcomes. You use Relic at your own risk.
No warranty / limitation of liability
Relic is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relic and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from creator conduct, market movements, or blockchain or third-party failures.
